Casual Potluck Picnic
The Park has BBQ grills available if you wish to
bring charcoal to cook your food. Please arrive early if you are using charcoal as a fuel to prepare your food, especially if you intend to share the food with the group.
A cold dish will be just fine--remember, whatever you bring to our picnic will be wonderful and appreciated--even if it it is just yourself.
We hope to have the food set up by noon, please feel free to come early and help us set up.
CTW will supply paper plates, napkins and cutlery. The church will also supply a generous amount of cold drinks--preferences must be noted on sign up sheet. You may wish to supplement the church supply with your own supply of liquids--please feel free to bring your own cooler.
If you wish, please bring a folding chair for your own comfort.
Activities and Workshops and Fun
Earl Warren Park is a "Dog Park", many of our members will bring their companion animals to this event.
DOGS WILL BE ATTENDING THIS EVENT.
If dogs make you uncomfortable you might reconsider your decision to attend this particular event.
Members who bring companion animals will be expected to be completely responsible for your companion's manners and its care and feeding through-out the day. (bring food, water bowl and plastic bags for any poo pick up)
